Bible Study

We are currently meeting by video call using Google Meet and are studying the main Way of the Spirit Bible reading course, having completed some of the short booklets.

Lent Course 2024

This year's course was based on the film Casablanca. The themes include: becoming and calling, relationships and how they shape our identities, the meaning of success and failure, death and resurrection.

Lent Course based on the film The Greatest Showman.

Advent Cheese & Wine

We had guest speakers coming for the four Monday evenings in Advent to share hospitality with us and then give a talk. The speakers were The Rt Revd Jonathan Clark (Bishop of Croydon), The Very Revd Andrew Nunn (Dean of Southwark Cathedral), The Ven Chris Skilton (Archdeacon of Croydon) and The Rt Revd Christopher Chessun (Bishop of Southwark). Lent course including a film night showing Chocolat.

Advent course using the film It's a Wonderful Life and showing the film in full at St Mary's. Bring your own drinks, nibbles provided. All welcome - just turn up.
